Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Granville Health System, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care through the utilization of the nursing process
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum one year OB experience as an OB RN
  • Fetal monitoring certification, NRP certification, and BCLS certification required
  • STABLE certification preferred but not required
