Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine field assessments to verify compliance with construction plans and specifications.
  • Observe, document, and report on daily work activities.
  • Participate in various project-related meetings as necessary.
  • Address and resolve any construction-related conflicts in the field.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and requirements for all assignments.
  • Maintain and care for all company tools and vehicles.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Entellus supervisor.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction-related role.
    • Experience in concrete and/or sewer inspections is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possession of an associate degree in construction engineering or a related discipline, or at least 1 year of experience in civil infrastructure inspection or construction contracting.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification is preferred.
  • Certifications such as NICET or ACI are preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, particularly during hot summer months.
  • A positive attitude and readiness to work overtime when necessary.
