About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ or Phoenix, AZ. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil infrastructure projects, including grading plans, engineering cost estimates, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare site layout plans, grading plans, and engineering cost estimates.
  • Attend design meetings and collaborate with clients through video conferencing and in-person meetings.
  • Perform field construction support tasks, including responding to construction field requests and conducting field inspections.
  • Create and manage 3D surfaces to produce design drawings and volume calculations.
  • Work on design teams to create design drawings for heavy civil infrastructure projects.
  • Perform surface water hydrology and hydraulic studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) and/or master's degree (M.S.) in Civil Engineering or a closely related Engineering discipline.
  • 0 to 4 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
