Wealth Management Director

As a Wealth Management Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, sales targets, and sales results for assigned regions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to build capability and drive business growth, while maintaining high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies, sales targets, and sales results for assigned regions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build capability and drive business growth.
- Maintain high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.
- Act as the primary Relationship Manager for assigned client relationships.
- Lead/assist with the creation of business proposals or presentations.
Requirements:
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- MBA certification preferred.
- Experience dealing with HNW clients and equivalent knowledge base.
- Certified Financial Planner is preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $110,000.00 - $204,100.00.
