Role Summary

We are looking for an Events Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing team. This position can be based remotely or in our office. You will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of various events, including sales roadshows, tailored practitioner gatherings, and major conferences. Your contributions will be vital in creating impactful event experiences that drive business growth, with travel requirements kept to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning:

  • Assist in organizing a variety of events, such as conferences, summits, and retreats.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure events align with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Introduce innovative concepts and best practices to enhance our event strategy.
  • Assess resource needs for effective strategy execution.

Event Execution:

  • Support logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and overall event production.
  • Manage promotional items, including sourcing, inventory, tracking, and distribution.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage event materials.
  • Oversee timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Ensure that events convey a consistent brand message and adhere to corporate identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create event-specific promotional materials.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor expenses, manage vendor agreements, and negotiate terms effectively.

Performance Reporting:

  • Collect data to evaluate event success, identify improvement areas, and inform future strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional experiences.
  • Support the sales team with regional events and sponsorships.
  • Facilitate company-wide meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in event management, particularly with large-scale conferences and corporate events.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across all levels.
  • Creative approach with a focus on customer engagement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with event technologies and analytics.
