About the Role
A highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist is sought after to join our team at Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. in Washington, DC 20224. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration and support within a Microsoft computing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments to ensure optimal performance and system health.
  • Manage Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, and DNS.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including NIC, cabling, and TCP/IP configurations.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution for PCs and servers.
  • Implement and monitor backup strategies and disaster recovery plans for all systems.
  • Lead and mentor the systems engineering team to ensure smooth operation of systems.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in systems administration and support within a Microsoft computing environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification.
  • Familiarity with PC and server hardware and ability to perform troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Experience with other cloud-based platforms and services.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
