Camp Office Administrator

At Kidcam LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Camp Office Administrator. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our camp by providing administrative support, managing communications, and handling various tasks related to accounting, social media, distribution, reporting, and transportation.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Assist with daily camp operations, including office administration, communication, and data management.
  • Manage social media platforms to promote the camp's activities and engage with parents and stakeholders.
  • Handle all aspects of distribution, including inventory management and supplies ordering.
  • Provide reporting and analytical support to help inform decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless transportation services for campers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
