Administrative Coordinator

The Ross Downing Buick GMC Cadillac team is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the Administrative Assistant role.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an entry-level support professional to assist with daily operations, including organization, filing, and communication with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Filing: Ensure timely and efficient processing of paperwork and documents.
- Screening calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Communicating with other employees: Develop strong relationships with coworkers to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Office experience: Previous experience working in an office setting, preferably in an administrative role.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and CRM systems (VINs).
- People skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Phone skills: Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries.
- Coachability: Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Available Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with flexibility to accommodate changing business needs.
