* Communicate with customers on service needs
* Order and manage parts
* Coordinate with Service Manager and technicians on scheduling and tracking job completion
* Optimize internal processes

Requirements:

* Prior diesel service writing experience
* Diesel mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
* High school diploma or GED
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to pass a background check
