Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
  • Work with other technicians to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
  • ASE certifications in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. The technician must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. The work environment is typically indoors, but may require occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
