Job Summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist for a local contract position in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, maintaining aseptic technique and ensuring the sterility of equipment and supplies.
  • Set up and prepare operating rooms, instrumentation, and sterile supplies as needed for assigned cases.
  • Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Pull cases as needed, breaking down equipment and supplies at the end of procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by medical staff and management.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Allied Health Education Program.
  • One year of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
