Tire Service Specialist

Champtires LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to become part of our tire service team. While prior experience in automotive services or tire fitting is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe tire technician will be responsible for:
- Installing, mounting, balancing, and repairing tires.
- Safely operating necessary machinery while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Providing assistance to customers and fellow team members.
- Completing work orders and associated documentation.
- Maintaining, organizing, and cleaning the workshop and equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- The ability to read and understand instructions and information.
- A commitment to performing tasks safely and consistently following established policies and procedures.
- The physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in the tire industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
Job TypeThis is a full-time position.
CompensationPay is set at $19.00 per hour.
