About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Target. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our guests. You will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve guest experience
  • Maintain visual standards across all areas of the store, including fixtures, lighting, and signage
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure that visual merchandising strategies are executed effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with visual merchandising trends and best practices to ensure that our stores remain competitive
  • Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising principles and practices
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
