Our approach incorporates the use of methadone, suboxone, and vivitrol to alleviate withdrawal symptoms, empowering patients to leverage their strengths for a holistic recovery.
Our clinical team is comprised of a board-certified medical director, physicians, and a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including advanced practice registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, masters-level counselors, certified addiction specialists, physician assistants, licensed mental health counselors, and licensed clinical social workers. Together, we guide our patients on their journey to reclaiming a fulfilling life.
Position Details:
This is a full-time role, operating within standard business hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. There may be opportunities for a hybrid work schedule, combining remote and on-site responsibilities. Reliability and a willingness to learn are essential attributes for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of medical terminology, insurance processes, and authorizations.
- Familiarity with insurance platforms such as Availity, Sunshine Medicaid, and Carelon is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, including payment postings to our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Strong computer skills and efficient data entry capabilities.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a Level 2 background check.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. While prior experience in medical billing is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong commitment to learning and growth in this field.
