This position is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
As a highly responsible role, the Coordinator utilizes lead management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and online resources to oversee inquiry traffic, update customer records, and meticulously monitor customer engagement.
The Coordinator will receive training to gain comprehensive knowledge of all available products and services, as well as become familiar with inventory, financing options, and promotional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address online inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy.
- Promptly and accurately log all customer inquiry information into the CRM system.
- Schedule service appointments effectively.
- Conduct telephone surveys to evaluate customer preferences and service quality.
- Utilize lead management tools efficiently.
- Prepare and submit all necessary reports, forms, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Perform cashier responsibilities as needed.
- Carry out additional job-related tasks as assigned.
