We are currently looking for a part-time Senior Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Specialist to enhance our team.

Your Role in the Team
- Lead and coordinate statewide TIM initiatives, including delivering training for first responders.
- Facilitate collaboration between clients and stakeholders at both regional and statewide levels.
- Support the development and maintenance of TIM strategic and training plans.
- Oversee project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Manage TIM programs, including quick clearance initiatives and conducting after-action reviews.
- Provide technical support, data analysis, and program enhancement recommendations related to incident management.
- Organize and lead regional TIM meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to prepare reports and suggest program improvements.
- Support other analysts to maintain operational continuity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Alternatively, 8 years of experience in traffic operations, incident management, law enforcement, or emergency response may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Professional registration in the relevant field is preferred.
