Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team as a Behavioral Health Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with diverse mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with patients to establish treatment goals and develop measurable steps to achieve them.
- Provide Evidence-Based Therapies: Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a range of mental health conditions.
- Lead Crisis Intervention and Develop Functional Assessments: Provide crisis intervention and develop functional assessments to inform treatment plans and promote patient well-being.
- Maintain Accurate Clinical Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Master's Degree in Psychology: Possess a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Active Licensure: Hold an active Limited License Psychologist (LLP) licensure in Michigan.
- Strong Clinical Skills: Demonstrate excellent clinical skills, including the ability to work with diverse patient populations and provide evidence-based therapies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
