Position Overview

Compensation Range: $30K - $35K plus uncapped commission & vehicle

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing professional relationships with businesses and individuals within their assigned territory. The primary objective of this role is to drive and optimize revenue for the branch and the organization. This position is ideal for proactive self-starters eager to develop their skills with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily territory operations and foster revenue growth through visits to various customer job sites and offices.
  • Create and maintain a networking list of potential clients, consistently reaching out via phone and online channels.
  • Formulate, plan, and execute sales strategies to meet established goals.
  • Achieve and surpass quotas by consistently renting and selling equipment.
  • Assess customer needs and respond effectively while staying informed about market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Engage with customers at a strategic level to broaden the customer base, including industrial, traditional, and nontraditional accounts.
  • Provide support to all team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • A proven track record with 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial market or heavy equipment sector is preferred.
