Salesforce Administrator and Developer

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator and Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the evaluation and scope of new development requests within the Salesforce platform and executing the corresponding software development needed to fulfill those requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate software design, code, and deliverables to ensure alignment with the business model and strategic goals of our company.
  • Establish measurable value for products/software and develop internal methods to validate outcomes, ensuring software components function as expected.
  • Conduct comprehensive software testing, design specific testing plans, and utilize insights to inform future product development and improvements.
  • Collaborate with development and Salesforce Capability teams to modify software, fix errors, and adapt to new hardware or software integrations.
  • Perform regular internal system audits and prepare the system for platform updates.
  • Work closely with the CRM product management team to establish processes supporting administrative, development, and change management activities, and develop the necessary technical infrastructure.
  • Manage data feeds and other platform integrations, translating output into relevant reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Interface with teams, end users, and departments on technical issues, including system design and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
  • Experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Knowledge of database management and experience with SQL or SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and third-party integrations.
  • Experience in developing custom APIs and API management.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/delivery processes.
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
  • Experience in CRM data modeling and analytics.
Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, and at least two years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or related occupation.

Option to work from home available.

Salary: $117,875.16 - $200,000.00.
