The People Concern is seeking a skilled Mental Health and Housing Specialist to join our team. As a Mental Health and Housing Specialist, you will work with clients, staff, and community partners to provide comprehensive mental health and housing services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage members and coordinate mental and recovery services that ensure housing stability and community integration.

You will collaborate with the team to develop individual service plans, review and update them as needed, and facilitate independence and improved physical and mental health. Additionally, you will provide linkage to stable housing and supportive services, conduct screening interviews, complete housing documentation, and coordinate clients' move-in with housing authorities and property managers.

Requirements include a Master's degree in a related field, active BBS licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD), and at least two years of experience working with clients with mental illness, chronic health issues, and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and team-building skills, knowledge of community resources, and computer literacy.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-$32, paid holidays, vacation days, sick leave, medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, retirement planning, and employee assistance programs.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $64,000 per year
