Job Summary:


The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our roofing projects by working closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and our project management team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the insurance supplement process, specifically within the construction or roofing industry, and possess a solid understanding of insurance policies and claims.


Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze insurance policies and claims to identify opportunities for supplements.
Prepare detailed documentation, including estimates and scope of work, to submit for insurance supplements.
Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters to negotiate and advocate for necessary supplements.
Maintain organized records of all supplement requests and follow up as needed to ensure timely processing.
Collaborate with the project management team to align on project timelines and expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations that may impact supplement processes.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the supplement process to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as an insurance specialist, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and related costs.
Proficient in Xactimate software and Google Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
