Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling and coverage of hospital entrances, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient demand.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reducing wait times and enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to resolve patient concerns and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment at hospital entrances, adhering to hospital standards and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient and visitor inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of department-based training with demonstrated competence.
  • Proven leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
