- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineers and designers
- Develop and implement technical standards and best practices
- Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement technical strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Professional Engineering license required
- Project Management Professional certification a plus
- LEED AP credential preferred
