Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Counsel patients and families on meeting nursing and related needs
  • Teach patients and families self-care techniques and provide education on health management
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community health professionals
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting
  • Current RN licensure in home state or multi-state
  • CPR certification
