About the Job
We are seeking a CRNP or PA to join our behavioral health services team in UPMC Altoona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care to individuals with complex behavioral health needs
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD)
- Current state RN license and CRNP certification
- National certification as a CRNP or PA-C
- 2+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
