About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc.

As a key member of our treatment team, you will design and implement behavior modification intervention plans tailored to each individual client and family. Your expertise in non-adversarial service delivery methods, data generation and collection, and client tracking will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and direct the implementation of behavior modification intervention plans for individuals and families
  • Clinically supervise Behavioral Health Therapists assigned to your caseload
  • Instruct the treatment team in evidence-based practices and protocols
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment planning and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, education, or counseling) with a focus on clinical practice
  • Experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults
  • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data to inform treatment planning and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
