Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience as a licensed clinical or certified IT professional.
- A minimum of five years of experience in IT or clinical/business workflow is required, with experience in large-scale clinical or ancillary environments preferred.

Licenses and Certifications
- Certification relevant to the assigned application (e.g., Epic) must be maintained within six months.

- Demonstrated ability to perform assigned job functions safely and effectively.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with patients, physicians, and colleagues.
- Expert troubleshooting skills and the ability to engineer solutions with IT customers and vendors.

- Proven leadership skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Supplemental Requirements
- Business professional attire is required.
- On-call responsibilities may be necessary during emergencies.
- Travel may be required within and outside the Houston Metropolitan area.
