Position Overview

This role involves assisting, training, and supporting both customers and junior analysts in the effective operation and management of systems.

Key Responsibilities

Education and Experience

- A minimum of five years of experience in IT or clinical/business workflow is required, with experience in large-scale clinical or ancillary environments preferred.

Licenses and Certifications
- Certification relevant to the assigned application (e.g., Epic) must be maintained within six months.

- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with patients, physicians, and colleagues.

Supplemental Requirements
- Business professional attire is required.
