Key Responsibilities:

As a Door Attendant/Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome and a gracious farewell to our guests.


Your duties will include:
  • Welcoming and assisting hotel guests during their arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Safely transporting guests to various destinations, including the hotel, shopping areas, or other designated locations.
  • Offering assistance at the hotel entrance, which may involve opening doors, handling luggage, and guiding guests to the front desk.
  • Arranging taxi services for guests upon request and ensuring timely dispatch of vehicles.
  • Providing accurate information and directions about the hotel and surrounding attractions.
  • Monitoring the entrance for safety and security, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and ensuring a tidy break room.
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring the cleanliness of transportation vehicles.
  • Reporting any safety issues or unusual occurrences to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Assisting with other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Less than a high school education or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of the local area is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
  • Strong reasoning abilities to follow instructions and make sound judgments.

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. Associates may be exposed to various weather conditions and must be safety-conscious at all times.
