Assessment Center Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Assessment Center Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Assessment & Crisis Center, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the supervision and training of Youth Care Workers
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Manage crisis situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents
Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
