About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Caswell Developmental Center in North Carolina. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to perform routine duties of a practical nurse under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Nurse Supervisor. This includes participating in nursing assessments, providing personal care, taking routine vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medications as needed.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive care and support. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues alike.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • Working knowledge of nursing techniques, procedures, theory, and practices
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization while delivering quality nursing care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $56,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
