Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee processes to guarantee operational efficiency and dependability.
  • Collaborate with multiple locations to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct tests to verify that systems and components are secure and functioning correctly.
  • Identify systems or components that may have caused issues.
  • Perform test drives and inspect fluid levels, refilling as necessary.
  • Ensure tire pressure is optimal, and clean and lubricate fittings as required.
  • Install new oil drain plugs and filters, communicating oil levels to colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of efficiency and precision in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
  • Replace or repair worn parts proactively to prevent vehicle breakdowns.
  • Utilize power tools, machine tools, and hand tools for various tasks.
  • Service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system components.
Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant tire and alignment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and quick diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities, with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications.
  • Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • ASE Certification or Technical degree is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Benefits

The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

After completing a probationary period, the following benefits will be available:

Typical Schedule

Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with alternating Saturdays as needed.
