Wheel Specialist Position Available

Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a dedicated Wheel Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
The Wheel Specialist will be responsible for:
- Installing and maintaining tires and wheels to ensure proper fitment and performance
- Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires to extend their lifespan
- Attaching and rebalancing wheels to ensure smooth vehicle operation
- Installing, rebuilding, and calibrating TPMS systems to ensure accurate tire pressure readings
- Washing tires and wheels to maintain a clean and visually appealing appearance
- Testing and installing batteries to ensure reliable vehicle starting
What We Offer
As a Wheel Specialist at Les Schwab Tire Center, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
