- Oversee the account lead and support team’s progress, while delegating and supervising tasks effectively.
- Introduce innovative concepts for process enhancement and automation.
- Foster continuous improvement for client accounts and execute necessary process upgrades.
- Lead the onboarding of assigned clients or regions.
- Maintain and align the CT Implementation Management Tracking Tool.
- Ensure that client-specific processes are in accordance with CT standards.
- Effectively manage client expectations and timelines.
- Collaborate with various departments for client onboarding.
- Prioritize and manage tasks across multiple client accounts and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Preferred background in financial auditing or logistics.
- Prior experience in team leadership or management is desirable.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong data analysis and manipulation capabilities.
- Effective time management skills.
