Job Description

The successful candidate will act as the primary contact between the parts department and customers, providing fast and courteous service to maximize dealership parts sales.

Responsibilities
  • List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.
  • Write purchase orders for parts from outside suppliers, as required, and obtain management approval.
  • Properly input lost sales into the inventory control system.
  • Maintain records of all special order parts and notify the person responsible for the order.
  • Help to 'scrap' parts held for factory claims with the factory representative.
  • Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
