  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary materials and supplies are available when needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on production equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to production operators, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of production operators. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
