Rooftop Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Rooftop Assembler Brazer to join our team in Faribault South. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building rooftop HVAC units by assembling complex component parts.

• Assemble rooftop HVAC units using various component parts.
• Perform a variety of assembly operations, including buildup, electrical assembly, and final assembly.
• Use computer-aided assembly drawings to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled units before they leave the assembly station.
• Participate in training new team members and provide feedback on their performance.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and support areas to coordinate workflow and meet production requirements.

• Ability to operate hand tools and read written English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
