Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify that all shipped orders meet the mandatory requirements for invoicing.
  • Apply cash receipts with a high degree of accuracy and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Follow up on any exceptions or issues that delay invoicing or applying cash.
  • Assist with month-end close accounting activities and ensure that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Two or more years of hands-on work experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
