Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trips Associate. This role will be responsible for coordinating trips and surrogate operations in Wisconsin, supporting Democrats up and down the ballot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel across Wisconsin to staff candidates, elected officials, and VIPs at various events.
  • Set up events, including logistics and day-of needs, ahead of time.
  • Update trip memos, organize internal documents, and trip calendars.
  • Communicate with internal political, communications, and digital teams to keep teams synced on trip planning and ensure proper follow-up from meetings.
  • Drive and staff campaign surrogates to events around the state.
  • Manage fast-moving deadlines and complex projects with multiple stakeholders and contributors.
  • Navigate complex political relationships and prioritize responses or project delivery accordingly.
  • Coordinate travel or other logistics, including booking venues, vendors, catering, equipment rentals, and more.
Requirements

  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid US Driver's License and insurance required.
