Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in technical solution management, systems architecture, or software deployment, preferably within organization or airport operations.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile or similar methodologies.
  • Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with logistics management systems.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical solutions that drive operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with airport logistics, regulatory requirements, and security protocols is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing software integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in PMP, Agile, or relevant technologies (e.g., cloud solutions, AI in logistics).
  • Experience with IoT, automation, and real-time tracking systems in a logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools for tracking and optimizing software performance.
