Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter

Job Summary:

Parsons Company is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our Federal Solutions team. As a CAD Drafter II, you will utilize AUTOCAD software and other techniques, standards, and tools to prepare technical drawings. Your responsibilities will include preparing less complex computer-aided design (CAD) drafts, drawings, and schematics derived from a variety of specifications, layouts, and sketches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical drawings using AUTOCAD software and other techniques, standards, and tools.
• Collaborate with design originators to resolve discrepancies between original drawings and final CAD designs.
• Maintain deadlines, goals, and production standards set by the department.
• Coordinate and consult with engineers (client) or other drafters to complete projects.

Requirements:

• High School diploma and CAD technical school are required.
• 2+ years of related CAD experience in an engineering environment.
• Must be able to pass government background check.
