As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects and programs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement risk management plans
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
  • 5+ years of leading large-scale projects and programs
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or advanced degree in related field
  • Experience with evaluating requests for proposals and preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals
  • Experience with managing multiple large-scale projects or portfolios of projects
  • Experience with ensuring compliance with approved corporate and ISO 9001:2000 policies and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Working knowledge of Program Management Institute Program Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Experience with managing projects and programs using Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), agile, and spiral development models
  • Experience with managing projects and programs requiring Earned Value Management
  • Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
