Key ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care in a culturally sensitive manner, employing evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering care tailored to diverse patient populations.
- Utilizing clinical expertise to manage acute care situations.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Applicants should possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree (BSN) is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in acute care within an Intensive Care setting.
