University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the SICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification)
- ACLS
- One (1) year Intensive Care Nursing experience
