Medical Officer

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled Medical Officer to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Medical Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Perform medical assessments of patients and establish medically appropriate levels of care
Maintain clinical core competency and work with the Center Medical Director to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards
Participate in the development, implementation, and revision of policies affecting medical practice, judgment, and quality of occupational health care
Recommend potential means of growth and development for new and/or existing services within the Center
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
Board certification by ABPM, ABFM, or other medical board in the state where employed
Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
At least two years of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting
