Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive shopping experience.
