Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Validation Engineer to join our team at Omni Vision Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our CMOS imaging sensors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the performance of CMOS imaging sensors.
  • Analyze wafer-level data to identify and troubleshoot issues related to sensor design and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test algorithms and procedures.
  • Validate automated silicon verification and ATE data through bench testing and measurements.
  • Develop automation scripts in Perl/Python to streamline data analysis and reporting.
  • Characterize CMOS imaging sensors by analyzing layout, timing, charge accumulation, noise, and signal-to-noise ratio.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to determine the effectiveness of silicon-level manufacturing techniques and design limitations.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with coursework in Digital VLSI Design, Digital Circuits, and Computer Architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Matlab, and electronic design automation tools.
  • Experience with design validation, hardware verification techniques, and cost-performance analysis.
