Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a designated portfolio of clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their order patterns, shipping requirements, and financial needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively communicating with customers and sales representatives to ensure all needs are met.
  • Informing clients about upcoming promotions and any changes in internal processes that may affect their orders.

  • Managing customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Resolving service issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records by processing credit adjustments as needed.
  • Analyzing sales reports to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Opening customer accounts in collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Updating customer Master File records to ensure accuracy.
  • Recommending enhancements to products or services based on customer feedback.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all support departments.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or business college degree is required, along with three to five years of experience in Customer Service or Account Management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary for success in this position.

Work Environment:
