Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team at Foot Locker. This is a key role that will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in one of our stores.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cementing relationships with customers and providing them with expert advice on products and services to drive sales growth.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sales performance.
  • Building a high-performing team through coaching, training, and development.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail or sales environment with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the retail industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.
