Physical Therapist II

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist II to join our team at Sutter Health. As a Physical Therapist II, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and self-care strategies.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- 2 years of recent relevant experience in physical therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
