Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to departmental and regulatory standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research in occupational therapy to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in occupational therapy or a related field.
  • Valid California OT license or eligibility for state licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
